Alumni Association

Welcome to the Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University Alumni Association!

The Alumni Association gives you and your fellow alumni what you need to enhance your career connections and enrich your life.  That, and have some fun. Once you leave Franciscan, you automatically become a member of the Alumni Association. The mission of the Association, which has no dues, is to encourage alumni involvement in the celebration and support of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. Your years at Franciscan may come to an end, but your relationship with the University is just beginning.

President’s Welcome

It is an exhilarating time to be a graduate of Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (formerly Our Lady of the Lake College)! We invite you back home to learn more about the important things happening at your alma mater. Come and network with fellow alumni, mentor current students, engage in our new laboratories and technology, and learn more about our new degree offerings.  We want you to be a part of the excitement!

The legacy of our alumni is an important reason why this institution is a University today.   Immersed in Franciscan values during our time here, we all understand and live the Franciscan ideals which include service and joyfulness of spirit.  Collectively the work we alumni do impacts the community and the result is that word has reached far outside of our small community, prompting expansions and changes for both the University and its Alumni Association.

For more information about our Alumni Association and how you can stay connected, please update your address on our website, “like” our official Facebook page, and submit your ideas to

Graduating in 2012 with a Biology degree, Alumni Association President Daphne M. Oldendorf currently serves as a Chemistry Instructor at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University.
